Face to Face Personal Training takes place in a private, modern equipped studio with James, a highly qualified Level 4 Personal Trainer.
The purpose built log cabin is fully temperature controlled for all year round training and offers complete privacy, allowing you to complete your sessions with no distractions, listening to music of your choice and all while having a little fun and achieving maximum results.
The studio is located in Helsby, near Frodsham in Cheshire with plenty of car parking space and only 2 minutes from Frodsham, Ellesmere Port and Junction 14 on the M56
The studio is fully sanitised, spacious enough for any social distancing requirements and has an astro turfed outside exercise area for fine weather training.
