Transformation Plan
Not for the faint hearted or those who believe
that just 'having' a personal trainer will bring automatic results!
This plan is only for the fully committed. Individuals, men
or women, who are prepared to give 5 weeks of their life totally
devoted to transforming the way they look and feel. We only
accept people onto the plan who can show they will give 100%
to achieving their goals, and that's after joining the waiting
list and paying a non refundable deposit.
The plan consists of the following:
- Initial Full Body Assessment
- Completion of a Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire
- 3 One to One Personal Training Sessions a week in a Fully
Equipped Gymnasium, minus the initial body assessment.
- Our tried and tested Push, Pull, Legs workout covering
your entire body
- Personalised Cardio plans to promote your fat loss needs
- Full nutritional control and monitoring, unique to your
needs, including weekly food diary completion.
- ALL supplements required for the duration of the plan,
designed to promote lean muscle growth, burn fat, raise
energy levels and fuel your workout recovery.

Monitoring throughout
the five week plan to ensure the workouts are targeting
the correct postural muscles and to ensure target areas
are responding correctly.

Final Full Body
Assessment to affirm results and to discuss your future
training needs, with or without us.
This plan is time intensive. As it requires
three sessions a week there is a waiting list. To join the waiting
list you must first have an initial consultation with James.
At this meeting you will discuss your current position, goals
and expectations, and agree your level of commitment. If all
is well you will join the plan at a time agreed by ourselves,
alternatively you will pay your £50 deposit to join the
waiting list. When the next space becomes available you will
commence training.

The cost, including all the supplements
and nutritional advice is £495.00, payable in advance.

You may only join this plan if you can
commit to three sessions a week, we do not allow training
twice a week.

You must complete
a food diary and hand to your trainer EVERY week.
- You must give more than 24 hours notice
if you need to change or cancel a session otherwise that session
will be charged for.
- You must agree to undertake additional
cardio sessions, in or out of the gym to compliment the workouts
you complete with your trainer.
- We do not accept individuals on this
plan who are currently suffering from any injuries that would
limit their training options. You must be in good health at
the commencement of your five weeks.
