Home Personal Training does not just mean
'in your home'. It can be anywhere other than a gym. Yes,
your home is one place you could train but also gardens, parks,
club halls, basically anywhere there is space and permission.
Of course you have the advantage of not having to travel to
a gym and once you have finished your shower facilities are
close by. Avoidance of unwanted attention is a major reason
that most people choose to train this way
Why home training?
Travel difficulties, family commitments, medical & health
complications or intensive work load. All of these reasons
could make our Home Training option the right one for you.

What about equipment?
You don't need any. We provide ALL the equipment that will be
needed for the session. If however you do have some facilities
or items you wish to use then these can be incorporated into
the workout. Clearly you are responsible for the correct clothing.
