the exclusive facilities of the Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa
in Formby near Southport. You do not need to be a member of the club and any fees assosciated
in using the gymnasium are covered by ourselves.
The new health club features a 40-plus station gymnasium with the latest Technogym Equipment controlled by a WELLNESS system allowing you to get the most out of each work-out. The cardiovascular equipment has an integrated touch screen TV, radio stations, integrated fans and iPod docking stations. A Kinesis studio and 20 metre heated pool finishes off the luxury.
